To whom this may concern; My name is: ANTHONY LAMARR IRVIN. I am an African-American, 5'11', 220 lbs., brown skin, brown eyes. I am very active - I work out daily with weights, I also run among other things; but God is my stronghold.
To be honest I do not know if my incarceration was a blessing in disguise. I am guilty for the bad decisions I made to get into this predicament; however, since being incarcerated I have learned a lot about myself. I now have a newfound love and respect for myself, as well as others. I know the value of life and upon my departure from incarceration I want to live life to the fullest!
I plan to start my own business. I have learned several skills since being incarcerated, for starters I completed my G.E.D. To some this might not be a big deal but for me it was a major accomplishment because before I got incarcerated I could not read or write. Now I have a G.E.D. I am presently taking a College Correspondence Course to accomplish a degree in Business.
My birth date is 7-24-63, home town, Grand Rapids, Michigan. I enjoy reading poems but unfortunately I am not very good at writing them. I have been incarcerated since 1993 and anticipate being released in the near future.
