Presently I am in prison for a conviction by jury trial. I was never arraigned or either waived or had a preliminary examination for that charge. Therefore, I am falsely incarcerated for a crime that the circuit court didn't have Statutory Jurisdiction. This case involves prosecution - misconduct, and ineffective assistance of trial and appeal counsels. With the right presentation, the chance of reversal of this conviction is almost 100%. Plus, after reversal there is a high potential for a civil law suit against the State of Michigan for false arrest and compensation for the emotional and physical damage that I have gone through.
Because of the above conviction, I have to deal with INS and they might deport me. I am originally from Iran and I am Christian. My life is in definite endangerment and I could be killed for my belief and religion in case of deportation.
The prison staff are denying delivery of my personal mail because it is in Persian (Farsi) and they are also preventing me from having access to a Persian translator.
