I'm a white man born and raised in Colorado. I'm 5'6". 165 pounds with brown hair and eyes. I'm an animal lover and outdoor fanatic. Very little is done outdoors that I don't enjoy. I spend hours just meditating on the mountains surrounding my facility. Or dreaming about being one of the gorgeous hawks that soar high above these fences.
I'm taking college writing courses through the mail and hope to be a published author one day soon. I'm proud of several short stores I've written and would like to get your opinion on them.
My goal is to be published in various short story magazines. Then, once I'm confident in the craft and have a respectful resume, I intend to write a novel. My favorite authors include H.P. Lovecraft and Anne Rice. I hope to incorporate Lovecraft's imagination with Rice's beautifully hypnotic prose.
I'm a Christian, but far from being a perfect one. I have many flaws but am full of good intentions. I don't push my religious beliefs on anyone, but if interested, I don't mind discussing them. I also practice some Zen meditations and Siddha Yoga, not for their spiritual beliefs, but for their philosophies and mental benefits. I keep a very open mind regarding such things. I enjoy country music as well as classic and alternative rock. I'm a car nut and subscribe to many muscle car magazines.
I believe myself to be a very intelligent person. I feel if you choose to correspond with me that I can keep you interested and hopefully enrich your life as much as I expect you to enrich my own. I hope to find a romantic interest. But due to the length of my sentence, I fear this may be impractical. So I'm just thrilled with any opportunity at friendship that comes my way. I believe variety is what makes this world beautiful. So I refuse to restrict myself to any one type of woman. So whomever you are, I'd be happy to meet you as long as you have friendship to offer.
I feel I'm a good person, I just got hooked on drugs at an early age and did some stupid things as a result. I promise to be open and honest about anything you would like to know about me.
