DeWayne Richardson 
My name is DeWayne Richardson, I am 24 years of age presently incarcerated in High Desert State Prison in California as a first timer seeking criminal and civil assistance from any organization taking on cases based on innocence and who pursue damages for wrongful imprisonment.
The basis of my claims derive from my conviction based on a Provocative Act Murder Theory, leading me to being convicted and punished for two counts of homicide based on one count of murder, using two statutes one count, under Provocative Act Murder, that I caused the death of a co-defendant, where the jury determined I didn't commit an act that lead or caused death. The trial court withheld the essential element of "Causation" of Provocative Murder from the jury. In the Alternative, over 119 unrelated instructions were given to the jury, along with first degree felony murder instructions, not necessary under Provocative Act Murder.
I was denied a jury of my peers, when the court allowed the district attorney to use preemptory challenge to remove all blacks off my jury, but allowed white jurors to remain who had the identical situation!
