My name is Frank Palompelli, I am a 49 years old, Italian American that had literally "everything" any man could ever want; a beautiful wife, three wonderful children, an immaculate home Wykal Estates, and a lucrative business, my wife and I built into a $1.5 million per year venture. On January 29th, 1999, my whole world came to a sudden and tragic end, when I was arrested for a murder I did not commit. The prosecutors entire case was based upon lies of a reputed, unreliable jailhouse informant. I lost everything I have worked for over the past thirty years! I am working diligently to have my case reviewed in federal court.
