I'm a 39 year old black male and I'm in prison for a convictional crime that was never committed. There is no physical evidence in my case and there were numerous grave errors and assertion of false evidence in my case. There was no crime scene because it was never investigated. I was convicted on spreigl evidence, not on the actual case but my past crime, which the prosecutor mislead the jury from the facts in the case at issue. I was wrongfully convicted and I'm looking for someone who can assist me in vindicating myself from this miscarriage of injustice and someone who cares about truly innocence. I will not waste your time on unsubstantiated facts and evidence, I have all the documents and material from my case to prove that this case is a fraud. I had eight witnesses to support my version, but were never called. I'm so innocent, but I don't have no one to fight for me and challenge the judicial system on correcting this malicious and vicious conviction, with no regards for the truth. I pray upon someone to assist me.
A man should have the right to avoid the destructive experience of an alleged offense if he can prove that the state knows he's so innocent of, and is going ahead with a trial to save its hide. There really is something so wrong, that is so unacceptable, with the judicial system that forces a defence attorney to inform an innocent man that his innocence does not reflect much in a court of law - how can a man swallow that!!
