FACTOR
1. Do to the fact that this state "Wisconsin" doesn't have a self-defense law. I was found guilty of 1st degree homicide.
2. I'm currently in a mental illness facility. During sentencing the jury wasn't aware of my mental health issues, this wasn't brought up by my public defender or the judge.
3. I'm one who doesn't like pointing fingers, however due to the large case loads the public defender's office "representing" my case wasn't carefully handled. Sad to say.
4. It also should be noted that during sentencing the judge's decision was somewhat biased because of outside issues other than the case.
5. It's my hope to seek out justice. If someone with legal experience were to look into my case thoroughly, it's very obvious that my sentencing is wrong. A. I got into a physical confrontation with my lawyer. B. That made everyone in the criminal justice system mad at me.
I'm currently in therapeutic classes. When I'm not in classes I'm working two jobs, writing music and working out in the gym.
