My name is Keith. I'm 5'10", 165, I love to work out, run, lift weights, meditate and read. I take the three combination of life serious, mind, body and soul... I'm a man always in search for knowledge. It's important for me to elevate myself mentally and spiritually as much as I can. I believe things happen in our lives for a reason, it's up to us to find out what that reason is. I try not to let my circumstances master me, but I try to master my circumstances. I try very hard to keep my mind on positive things, knowing at times it can be very difficult. Why? I know I'm dealing with two powerful forces within, positive and negative. There are a lot of things going on in the world, things we see and things we don't see. So it's important to me to stay strong, and spiritually inclined.
