This Colorado inmate is in need of an attorney to represent him in a Civil Suit on a contingency basis only. Tried to do it on my own but a magistrate dismissed the case in 1997 stating that "this case is cause for a State Torte claim and not a 42 USC 1983." At that time there were 3 defendants listed on the 1983 action. Now I believe at least 3 more defendants can be added to the suit for a total of 6 defendants, maybe more.
I will be accepting offers from aggressive attorneys beginning 4/03. Attorney accepting case will be going up against the State of Colorado, the County of Adams and at least 3 physicians + more.
Thanks to someone else's carelessness I almost died, was forced to suffer in pain for 4 years with a Staph infection in my head. After 7 hours of surgery and 5 months in the infirmary, I ended up completely deaf in my right ear. Besides that I suffer from extreme bouts of vertigo and a constant ringing in my head. I will elaborate on this more later.
Also Judge Spar ordered the clerk of the court to aid me in procuring counsel but never did. All court records are safe and in good hands. Can a convict get a fair day in court? You tell me. Can be a good opportunity for the right lawyer?
