Jail Mail Prison Pen Pals

My name is Larry Sutton, I am currently incarcerated at the United States Penitentiary at Terre Haute, Indiana. I am five feet and seven inches and hundred and fifty pounds. I am serving a sentence for bank robbery. I live in the city of Brotherly Love, known as Philadelphia, PA.

The lady, I am looking for, I am not asking her to abandon her womanhood for my dreams of tomorrow. I have done a lot of difficult things in my life, such as I’ve discovered the secret of the sea(s) while meditating upon a dew drop. I know she may have full control of the controls, I want her to be gentle with the controls. A warm heart, personality, and caring. These are some of the things I admire in a woman. Plus if it happen, friendship or etc. She will find that I will go through all establish codes to prove that it was not a mere infatuation or illusion on my part, but the extending of myself where she happen to be revolving at the present time.

Jail Mail Prison Pen Pals

A seed am I?
A victim of the streets
My inner self melting away
Into the hands of the unknown
An entangled root, struggling for freedom and fruit.
Locked inside a world of misery. Detained from my true destiny. Scenes of this prison passes my eyes - images of deceit, lust and lies, what distress day and day I go through, confined to a cell, some have nerve to call a room. Memories pouring through my mind like rain. Loneliness vibrating my chest with pain. Yet despite my solitude, I find time to write, which means, I'm sure to miss my sleep tonight. As anyone read this poem this day. I have but these last meaningful words to say. I'm only one among many caught in captivity seeking a mind who sees as I see, for somewhere deep in the soul of me believes what one thinketh becomes destiny a secret until now well kept away in my heart. If in some lady's hands this poem begins, let my words look you up and see your face wearing a smile for maybe only even a while, I do not seek a greater miracle than this marveling you with satisfaction and a touch of bliss.
