My name is Maurice Braswell, I'm a single Afro-American 36 year old. I like to view myself as a gentleman something I acquired from my mother. I'm a self-studied student of history and religion, intrinsically I hold fast to my self-esteem, for often as we know others try to lower it. My intentions are simply to establish a healthy dialogue because loneliness on most days can drive the best of us insane.
I'm the oldest child of (4) four, two brothers, 1 sister. My family is originally from North Carolina but we live in Brooklyn, N.Y. where my brothers, sister and I were raised. I do have children, my weight is 175 pounds, stand at 5'8" and physically fit. I enjoy music, working out, reading.
I'm searching for that special someone who's sincere, a mature lady who has time to make a new friend, she's in charge of her life, and an honest woman. Age, race, looks unimportant. What counts is a good heart. Hear my soulful call, in peace I close, but full of faith a good woman will respond. You never know what God intends for us finding the common thread of respect.
