I am a paralegal, I enjoy learning, reading, exercising and consider myself to be a very good listener and very open-minded. Since my incarceration, I have used these past 10 years to positively and constructively better myself for the future and the life of the people my precious life truly touches.
I look forward to hearing from someone honest, caring and loving. Someone who is willing to be a life time friend or whatever our friendship may grow into. I want to say that everyone needs a true friendship. It's not the threat of illness or poverty that crushes the human spirit, but the fear that there is no one who truly cares - no one who really understands. We all reach desperately for a true friendship/relationship, no matter how healthy, wealthy or wise we may be, because the alternative is loneliness. So if we all have once seeked a true friendship/relationship and it didn't quite work out, it doesn't mean quit!
The truth of the matter is, maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift. When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us. No matter which road for our pursuit of happiness, the inner need that drives us is love. Not to give it. Not to receive it. But to share it. To love and be loved in return no matter if it is just true friendship or a true loving relationship.
