I was convicted and sentenced to death for a crime I did not do. There was no physical, forensic or scientific evidence to support my guilt and there was testimonial and video evidence to strongly support one of four others is guilty. In addition, all DNA and trace evidence was negative. Those interested are welcomed to review lab and police reports for themselves.
I am currently in the beginning stages of post-conviction proceedings and have been appointed counsel however I have been doing most of the research for myself. I have received a paralegal diploma from Blackstone School of Law since I've been on death row.
I am hoping to find someone who is willing to help me with my legal needs. I am in the process of looking for an attorney to retain so that I'm not forced to use appointed counsel. I need help with not only attorney costs but research fees and investigation fees. I will also welcome pro bono representation from someone experienced in death penalty litigation.
I can help in many ways however being on death row, my resources are very limited and doing this on my own is virtually impossible. I look forward to hearing from serious responses.
