...The type of justice every American citizen should be afforded and is entitled to, according to the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States constitution, regardless of the person's socio-economic status or ethnicity. Justice that shouldn't have to be obtained through the distribution of large sums of money, but through the impartial administration of the law by our judicial system. Innocence or guilt is suppose to be based on the fair and just application of the law, and not because of negligence or inadequate legal representation, due to a lack of financial resources. If we continue to allow that to be the standard of how justice is issued, then our judicial system will continue to fail to fulfill it's ethical responsibilities entrusted to it by the citizens of this country, rendering our legal system useless.
To the reader whose attention I've managed to capture at this time, I'm a paralegal looking to obtain some legal assistance, to aid me in the preparation and filing of legal documents (petitions, motions, etc.) to the federal courts, challenging my trial attorney's negligence during trial for failing to have my current charges dismissed based on the Double Jeopardy rule. To reduce the workload, all of the issues being asserted have been exhausted in the state courts by my previous attorney, therefore, all that's needed is a petition to the federal courts to have them review the application of the law in the state court.
If you're familiar with the legal system and have some experience in legal practices, then you know how tedious and strenuous the process can be. You have even encountered individuals in prison trying to challenge frivolous issues that are without merit, resulting in a waste of time, energy, and resources, therefore, you may be reluctant to offer your assistance (which is completely understandable). If that is the case, however, and you would like to offer some suggestions, advice, or comments, please feel free to email me. It would be much appreciated.
If you might be interested in offering your assistance however, you can write to me at the address listed at the end of this ad, and ask any questions you might have pertaining to my legal situation. In addition to whatever personal assistance I can provide, I can also offer "some" financial assistance. All I want is justice...
