I have been wrongfully accused, unlawfully condemned and denied my freedom since 1983, not only because I am innocent, but for a crime which never even occurred. Because of racial and political reasons, I have been sentenced to life imprisonment without any hope of parole because police and prosecutors presented known lies at my trial while suppressing evidence which proves, without any doubt, that the crime which I was charged with committing was a complete fabrication and never even occurred. Working with one lone supporter from 1985 until 1997 is what it took for me to gain access to proof which can set me free. Now my access to justice is being obstructed by a federal law passed in 1996, which blocks my right to seek judicial review of my claim of innocence. Because of the death of one of my supporters, I am now fighting alone and I need your help to begin an attempt to seek justice.
