My name is Samuell Lotts #C73800. I've been held captive in the Illinois Department of Corrections for 27 years. In 1977, I was convicted after being arrested, charged and tried for a murder I did not commit and was not proven guilty of.
I was sentenced to 175-500 years for which there was no physical or legitimate evidence. The system has much corruption in small cities. I am from Champaign, Illinois and the prosecutor thrived more on a conviction than he did the reality of the crime.
There will be no discrimination with the responses to my message. All will be accepted, no matter what age, race, creed or color.
I am 6 feet tall. I weigh 190 lbs. I am very sensitive to the beliefs of others, and very understanding. If you're looking for a warm-hearted person, then I am that knight in shining armor. The photo is fifteen years old. I have gray hair now, but I still look the same. My address is shown below.
