My name is Victor McKaney. I really appreciate your taking time out to read my missive. I'm 28 years old, 6'0", 200 lbs, bald-headed, brown eyes, sincere, open-minded, good listener and communicator, understanding. I like reading, working out, watching movies, and listening to music.
Attention to all lawyers and aspiring law students. I am seeking legal assistance because Arizona prisons have closed all of the law libraries in its DOC system. I need help in getting my sentence overturned from Natural Life without Parole to at least 25 to life or lower because the judge aggravated my sentence by using a police report and claiming that it was a "prior instance of violence using weapons". As for ineffective assistance of counsel my trial lawyer turned down a plea without even notifying me that it was ever offered from the prosecutor. I nor my family has any money for a lawyer but I'll gladly give what I can from my check to which I get from working.
